Christchurch City Council

The Christchurch City Council is developing Christchurch’s former residential red zones and encouraging people to visit and use these special areas. Their projects include the Ōtākaro Avon River Corridor; the largest red-zone regeneration zone, which encourages rest, play, exploration, and learning.
